SHI International Corporation has an exciting opportunity to help develop several Commercial Enterprise Accounts that will concentrate on large corporations that are 5000+ desktops. We are looking for a successful, driven individual, with a strong interest in a career in sales who will both support some existing business but have a major focus on growing new business.
This position would work remotely from home in the Cleveland, Ohio Area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Enterprise Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for leading SHI efforts in helping customers and prospects address their corporate goals. This includes developing a robust understanding of customer and prospect decision making process and IT profile.
The Enterprise Commercial Account Executive must have a strong working knowledge of the IT Industry Portfolio (End User Computing, Datacenter and Security), be very knowledgeable with leading OEM product solutions, and possess the ability to build strong alliances with field based technology partners within the operating geography.
The Enterprise Commercial Account Executive will need to effectively position and present SHI’s core offerings. These offerings will include but not be limited to strategic planning and consulting for software, hardware and professional services solutions; IT Asset Management; OEM supplier rationalization; E-commerce and business tool support, etc.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
· Carry out team strategic direction and initiatives
· Position and present all SHI’s offerings to customers and prospects
· Must advance and develop customer relationships
· Must advance and develop software and hardware manufacturer relationships
· Responsible for developing customer profiles for IT standards and key personnel
· Position and qualify leads for SHI’s Professional Services and Cloud offerings
· Position and qualify leads for Software Asset Management (SAM)
· Help manage custom customer catalogs
· Lead quarterly business reviews / Spend Analysis Presentations
